Nederlands

The Netherlands, what a beautiful country and the land of beauty. That is what I have in my mind, some of you may disagree with me then read no further. My interest started two years ago and it was just by their language and then surfing the net to find out about this country, pretty much my interest grew more and more. Thought maybe I could share my views on NDL.

Keukenhof was what attracted me, wanting to visit NDL. Pretty much, I got to know people online and being friends with them. Yup yup yup..makes me want to visit there sooner to see the landscape, the culture and visit mijn vriends. It would be nice to try out the food there, see the unique buildings, which are very different compare to Singapore's.

OOOOoo...can't wait to get that Straciatella and Stroop Waffel into my mouth yum yum..get to see the Dutch people and hmm..whatelse? Listen to them talking but obviously I can't converse with them that is by speaking in Dutch. Some do speak English. Would be nice to pick up some of the lines. Sad thing is, I was told that Dutch people are tall and they are, I guess. Imagine me, a 1.5 metres short girl walking on their streets and if any of my Dutch friends were to walk next to me, it'll be so odd but hey! I don't mind at all.

Falling in love with a Dutch guy and living there happily will be a dream come true...
