A Night's Out For Two Girls.

Well, today the Sampan Girls were supposedly to have dinner together at some steamboat place somewhere in Marina. UNfortunately, Jeran couldn't make it... - BAH! Oh well...so I asked Shalini if we could still go out without Jeran and she was pretty fine by it.
We decided to meet up at 6:30PM at Plaza Singapura. Walking aimlessly in the mall...thinking where should we dine and finally, we decided to go to the usual...SWENSENS *grins* WHY WHY WHY does Jeran always have to miss out on Swensens?
Oh well...we had the same meal, Spicy Fish Set Meal (they had this special Spicy Menu) and this set consist of a three course: Soup, Main Course and Dessert plus a free soft drink. Well...the soup was just cream of chicken and the main course we chose Spicy Fish. The sauce was kinda sweet-sour and YES...spicy indeed. They had roasted potatoes BUT sadly it was too dry (in the oven tooooooooo long) and the veg was just fine. Fish fillet wasn't fresh but for that price...itz understandable. Both of us had Coke Light and er...Dessert was supposedly to be Calamansi Sherbet BUT we paid EXTRA $4 (each) for mint-chocolate ice-cream instead. Bill came up to SGD45.97 Yeah...I was sitting there hoping for me change to come... 3 cents hehehehehe I thought it was SGD45.90 but eh...so we left.
We walked towards Orchard and managed to snapped the NDL bus-stop that I wanted! TE GEK!
After snapping a few shots, we walked towards Liat Tower and entered ZARA. I wanted Shalini to check me out in that red dressy! NO PHOTOGRAPHY allowed (as showed on the entrance glass door) hehehe but she snapped a pic of me in it. Anyway...I tried on a tube-dress (red-white...flowery prints) but the zip was faulty thus I couldn't really zip way up : ( sad sad... then I tried on the red dressy (sleeveless with buttons in front) which I was deciding whether should I get it. She snapped me in that dress...so yeah, both of the dressies cost SGD 119 each. Er...I managed to zip up that tube-dress (not wearing it) and Shalini suggested that I could slip it on from the top and I tried it.
OH ME GOSH! That was ONE BAD IDEA! *Blushes* I got stuck UNfortunately...the part whereby it was supposed to be BELOW me boobies...well hehehehe it couldn't go down my boobies...so yeah...I NEEDED HELP! Called Shalini in and she came in...we couldn't stop laughing in the changing cubicle! I was like telling her that I needed her help to get me out of it and I told her that she had to see me in me undies! She was like...Oh nooooooo and we just couldn't stop laughing. Look at what entanglement I'd gotten meself into! She suggested that I should wear me pants first so I did and then she slipped it off me from the top with her eyes closed (I think...if they weren't closed then I guess it should be alright since we're both females hehehehe). Am really thinking whether should I get that red dressy...I mean I have no red clothings and I thought that red was really vibrant. Is a SGD 119 dress worth it?
Pretty much once we were done and ZARA was about to close, we walked towards Cineleisure and on our way...YES! I was looking at the NDL bus-stop...actually I didn't notice eh but Shalini noticed and she covered me eyes while I was walking...it was like - when I was walking, my neck was still turning to look back and she covered me eyes and told me to stop looking. I was like...I was looking? Couldn't help it...hehehehe *blushes* I'm just too engrossed by NDL...anything associated with it and I'll go gaga over it.
OK, got home...watched the series, My Name Is Earl...awesome nice show. After that, they showed 'Pass It Forward' which was one nice movie starring the all sweet and REALLY good actor (in my opinion - whereby comparing to all teen/youngies artistes) Haley Joel Osment, Helen Hunt and Kelvin Spacey. The ending was really sad : ( Haley died...Oh yeah, during that movie...I managed to finish a punnet of aardbeien (strawberries). Hmm...aardbeien...ZOET en HEERLIJK! Oh soooo yummy.
