Day 2 in MEL: Out on the streets

Woke up about 11 plus in the morning, had my shower and then had cereal + slices of bananas with milk. Prepare the dumpling with my sis and once we were done, we got changed and were ready to head out. Sis was meeting her project mates at 3PM but she went out with me about 1 plus close to 2, she was looking for a card for her tutor. Well, I went to TARGET and got meself a pair of boy short undie. It is blue...and have wordings on the front and back. It cost AUS 7.99

It was my first time walking on the streets of Melbourne alone as sis had to rushed to school to meet her mates. They had to discuss about the project. Well...I didn't dare to wander about too far without studying the map thus, after walking for a certain distance (walked to St John's church, it was remarkable but haven't snapped any pics of it) I'd decided to return and get online. Hmm...talked to Shalini through the day and started on my story.

Sis returned at about 6 plus and started to cook dinner. She pan-fried certain dumplings and boiled some of them in soup that contained some veg too. It was a marvelous yet simple meal. Hmm...after dinner, I was doing something but couldn't remember what...OH yeah, I remember now. I was doing the dishes...

Well, I rested for awhile and then at 9PM we set off to Southbank where the Crown Hotel is. We walked all the way from Earl Street to Yarra River there. Quite a distance but it was pretty fine. Went to Cafe Graco coz sis said at 9, 10 and 11PM they would have some fire display. The funny thing was, before the tower where those flames come out, those birdies would be there so when the towers are there, they didn't know thus most of them got...er...roasted. Roasted seagulls.

At the cafe, we sat at the bar and ordered Strawberry Cheesecake, Mars Bar Cake, and for drinks we had Hot Chocolate (mine) and Cuppucino (sis'). It was alright...the price came up to AUS 23+ so not too bad. We walked back to the apartment...it was pretty fine.

When we returned, talked to mom and dad on Skype coz they'd been waiting for us to return. Pretty much, tomorrow we're going to SKYPE again! *Sigh...* Itz OK...I hope my parents and the two rascals at home are doing fine. Mom said that White was sent to the groomer and now he looks handsome. *Rolling eyes back* OK...if White is handsome then Owen is dashing and charming. Muahahahahaha...

Tomorrow we have plans again...so I'll keep you updated on whatz on in OZ for me...hehehehe
