WOWOWO HOLD IT RIGHT THERE...

This is one term that ain't no holiday yeah...

I have two projects currently in hand and they are POC2 and Menu Planning & Pricing.
- POC2 is an individual or a group proj consisting 1-3 people. Well...I think I'll do it individual, yeah?
- Menu Planning & Pricing well...itz a group project consisting of 7 members.

Now...I'm not sure whether there will be a third project. We're so hoping that Pastry and Baking will not have any proj. We will only know later today (since the time now is 12:21AM so it is Tuesday).

Urggghhh...POC practical isn't the kind whereby you take notes and follow the steps. It is TOTALLY different now and so much tougher. Each lesson we will be given something which we already know (stated in our lesson schedule) For example we know that for practical we will be given Lamb Shank and Russet Potato. Our duty here is to research on Lamb Shank and Russet Potato...info about those two. We need to find the recipe and the next day is our practical whereby we have to cook it our way. So...after all 10 weeks we compile these research we had done to make another POC book.

This term ain't no fool...it ain't no rest...it ain't no fun...it ain't any time...but there will be this pressure pressure AND I WON'T COMPLAIN. I guess in a chef's life...this is what I'm going to face and go through in future, yeah? Learning experience...parts and parcel of life.

Hehehehe...if I do get out of this school with this freaking Diploma cert...you guys better be WOWed...coz I have been in school longer than you guys...morning to really late afternoon to evening. This is what I'll be expecting from this term to the end of school to my attachment.

Once this cert is in my hands...HOORAY! I deserve something which I have been waiting for 3 years...but now it is like 1 year plus...

TALL GUY TALL GUY! I can't wait to meet that pretty face boy. Meet the twins...and my OH SO SWEET AND LOVING Eric...(hopefully he'll be back and not stuck in Iraq)

Be it. I shall face the music...it may not be pleasant but this is what I have been asking for ... to follow my dreams THUS I must learn to enjoy and love doing it. It is my passion.

First Day of Break

Well...I can't believe that I woke up SO freaking LATE. Say about 1:30PM?

Hmm...got online, went to the POST and sent some stuff to some people from overseas.

Went to Tanglin Mall, went to Women's Secret and bought that set...SG$ 75 I think and was pretty please so then I went to Tanglin Mall's Market Place to buy deodrant. After that went to T.O.T.S. coz I know they have those cute unique kiddish stuff. Bought three bookmarks and a 'cat' for Mr Berendsen. Went there to get a gift for a classmate whose birthday is coming soon on 26th September which is the first day of school (started of Term 2) T_T

RP's break is till 3rd October while NP's break is till the end of October while SHATEC's break is till end of 25th September T_T miserable one week.

Anyway I have to complete my proj using this break coz it must be handed in. I must make sure that it'll be done by this Thursday 22nd September or else please screw me UPSIDE DOWN...

Another thing...while walking home, I shed a tear coz I started to think about Tieme...reasons why he broke off with me. I guess one point he said was kinda right. It is always about me...am always talking about me or my other friends and never about him. Similarly goes for if I'm with you...I'll talk about whatz going on in life and my pals but hardly let you talk about yours. I usually do that when there's silence...and I think I make an awful date because I think I'm dead boring. I don't know...what will Eric think? Will he find me boring? Maybe the first look of me would already scare him away...I don't know, I really don't know.

Last Day of Exam

IT paper was so-so and many of them completed the paper less than 30 minutes. They claimed it to be easy. Ah...don't know and I shall not say anything about it.

Hmm...went home and typed something out while waiting for Vicnes call. Nearly wanted to snooze but couldn't...he called finally so I dressed up and head towards Centerpoint.

We didn't know where to go so in the end we headed to Plaza Singapura. Ate at Gelare and then walked about and then ate some fruits. We talked and talked...after that we walked to Centerpoint and walked around. Vicnes went to collect his camera while I had a look around in MANGO and saw this sweet looking nice dress which cost T_T SG$135 so ex.

Well...went to Women's Secret and looked around. Nice...I saw a nice lingerie set. Anyway, we headed to Levis coz he said the jeans are nice. I have never owned a pair of Levis jeans T_T too ex. I only have one pair of jeans...and thatz from Giodano. Later his friend, Akash who was from the same Secondary School (St Patrick's) as him. The guy is smart...in Chem Engineer in NP. Oooooooo...his eyes are big but he's cool and a nice guy. Well...then we went to some place where they played Billiard. They're so much better than my SHATEC classmates. Really played so much better than them. Akash was kinda good...he beat Vicnes 5:3

After that it was it...we bid farewell and went our separate ways. I walked home...

Sheesh...in my presence Vicnes had smoked like 6 cigarettes
- Walking towards PS
- Stepped out of PS to smoke
- Leaving PS
- Didn't feel well so he smoked
- With Akash...left Centerpoint
- After playing Billiard

Wow...last night weird dream, dreamt that I went to a place pretty posh shopping mall but soooo few shops and wide space. Mostly just cafes and some cute Caucasian guys. I was there alone to study and I really there till late when I looked at me watch and hurried back home. I was just afraid that me mom would be nagging and worried of me for not being home at that hour. Well...it was really dark when I stepped out of the building and SAFRA the one at Bukit Merah now no more there was like just outside the mall.

Was a totally weird dream. I guess it was because of exam? This week is exam week and today I had Catering Science paper. SCREW IT! CRAP... #$@^&*! I could pass but with B-E-A-Utiful marks? NEE! Ah...can't blame anyone but myself because I only kinda started studying at 12AM and slept at 2AM and then read through once I woke. If I passed, I should be FREAKING glad for myself. I'm such a PROCRASTINATOR! Urgggghhh I hate it but I can't help it. I had Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to study like crap but I didn't make full use of the opportunity given. See what bullshit I give?

Well...SCREWED the FREAKING paper. Returned home and napped my whole afternoon away. I wasted it, instead of napping I could have studied but I didn't. I chose the path of SLOTH. Nice one Christine, you imbecile. Hehehehe...I napped with Owen, then I dreamt that hehehehe DAMN am I naughty in my dream. I was seducing this guy (he looked like some anime character YIKES! Too much anime :S so yup, he isn't 'real' like human)rubbing my face against his and kissing his lips. Licking his ears...it felt great but then I woke up to brush teeth and pee. Hmm...then back to bed again but no more that dream. I dreamt that they had many types of papers and one named after me. Am not sure whether it is the brand or what but cool eh?

OK...I will study later. DAMN procrastinating again...but I don't know when but I will eventually have to read my book. T_T I don't even know whatz in my book as in detailedly coz I never read it! ALAMAK!

Itz FREAKING raining heavily here. TE GEK! AWESOME! GAAF! COOL! Me likey...the thunder...the flashes of lightning. Really awesome...grey clouds. Really is nice as it has been quite some time since I had such a thing going on here. No idea why but I feel kinda good but I should be feeling bad coz I HAVE TO READ!

Yesterday was great, I finally got to talk to Eric : ) Saturday I did too but it wasn't for long coz my poor boy was sooooo tired. He'd been popping pills to stay awake. Today is our 6 months being together but on the 14th will be the 7th month of us meeting. Well...I can't wait for him to return, no idea when though and OH, I got to find a pic of Wolfbane...will show it in another post. I have this worrying feeling of how it'll be like, itz going to be difficult and I really want it to last. I don't wish for us to end. I'm like thinking...I need to work for some time to gain some experience before working overseas. I don't even know whether he would wait for me. OR is it possible for me to finish my diploma and start working overseas? I doubt it'll be easy to find a job that way. I just don't wish for him to give up on me. : (

What has happened to Mr Berendsen? I haven't seen him online for a long time but also, I was hardly online for the past days. I asked Karin howz he and she told me that he has been working in school. Ooooo...OK but I am kinda missing him. I mean itz OK not talking to him and such but I have this uncomfortable feeling of not knowing how he is doing. I just need to know that he is fine. Talk for a while and I'm contented. Just hope he is fine...I also want to know howz the soccer thingy as in I want to know how VV De Meern is doing.

FINALLY that bloody thing has come. All I needed to do was to talk to Tall Guy and next day, it came...Sweet *sarcastically*

Well...it was late for like 18 days since the false alarm on 27th August.

Today...I did nothing much but to be a Researcher. Research like crazy for info to do my proj. I haven't studied but I guess I'll give a break from researching tomorrow and just study for Catering Science. I can't wait for the weekends to talk to Eric. It has been 2 weeks.

First Practical Exam in SHATEC

Well...I won't elaborate on the exam.

I'm not please with my marks...23/30. YAY for I had passed me practical and that it is over for now. BOOHOO for the 'I could have done better' grade. I know I should be happy coz some of me classmates' marks won't that good.

Appetizer:

- Tomato Concasse Sauce
- Buttered Noodles
- Grilled Asparagus
- Tourned Carrots, glazed (this...I kinda ruined it, burnt)

Too many 24ers...so I'm not please with me grade. You should know Christine...anyway, I won't whine.

YAY that my dear sweet Eric has replied to me email. : ( My poor guy is so tired and had lost track of the days thus thatz why he didn't come on during the weekends. I'm SO GLAD that he is fine. Love you love you love you...

I was like wondering...since I passed me exam, Eric replied and then I wondered if Mr Bump will UNblock me. Surprise Surprise...POP, I see Mouse and it was Mr Bump but eh...am not talking to him.

I planned not to purchase the Black Eyed Pea concert tix (SGD 39) because I just remembered about Christmas...Need to save now then spend later on presents moreover my class is planning to have a chalet in December and I think they're going to request for a sum of money. *Sigh...* The temptation to spend money...

Well, anyway...Thursday and Friday I don't have to go to school and that includes Saturday too! Next week is exam week...

Monday - Catering Science
Tuesday - Principle of Cooking (POC)
Wednesday - Food Knowlegde
Thursday - IT

HOLIDAY! For a week but can't enjoy coz...I need to complete my POC project!

Tomorrow Principle of Cooking practical EXAM!

I'm not in a good mood...really dull and not chirpy/happy.
Am so worried and scared that tomorrow I'll flunk it.
Our course tutor told us that Mr Jeremy and Mr Ignatius are both strict markers.
Oh great, there goes my star shining in the sky...
I'm just afraid I won't be able to finish it on time and that my food won't turn out great.

Wish Eric was on...just talking to him would definitely cheer me up.
As for Mr Bump...*sarcastic* Thanz for blocking me as you have really made my day *force a grin out of me*
